where do you go to add that skin you got on dvd2xbox i tryed to ftp it but i dont know where to put it at where you go?

I tried this skin with version 0.7.8 and I just got a black screen. I tried deleting the DVD2Xbox gamesave and that didn't help. I tried deleting the skin folder and the gamesave and it didn't help. I tried deleting DVD2Xbox altogether and then reinstalling it and it didn't help.

How do I get the program working again?

Update:
I found what I needed to do to get it working again. When I deleted the gamesave, it was only deleting the "e:\udata\0facfac0\" folder and not the "e:\tdata\0facfac0\", (or vice versa). Once I manually deleted both, I was able to load the program again.
