proceed button greyed out

Hi, ive searched for an answer but could not find it so here it goes.

I can't proceed (dvdgame 2 xbox) after selecting a drive to put it on, does the harddisk need to be unlocked ? or is it somehting else i overlooked ?

I tried different partitions but that doesn't matter, everything else is working and have enough GigaBytes left.
